The Peoples Bank stands out as one of Wenatchee’s most beautiful commercial landscapes. Bright swaths of color and a Zen-like water feature captivate in a design by Ray Robinson of Integrated Site Design.

One of the fun challenges of the landscape was to create the basalt column water feature. Once the concrete shell was in place the first challenge was to navigate a complex piping and plumbing system. Next, a polymeric sealant was applied to create a watertight basin. Finally, Deeproots hand-picked, drilled and positioned each column with great care. Colorful, dense plantings surround the feature and drift throughout the landscape, which looks vibrant throughout the year.
